How the Framework Works

The Organisational Flourish Framework follows a continuous cycle of Assess → Analyse → Activate → Flourish.

  1. Assess – Identify where individuals, teams, and leaders are thriving or under strain using validated assessment data.

  2. Analyse – Translate results into insight, highlighting what supports performance and where barriers exist.

  3. Activate – Partner to design targeted interventions that strengthen resilience, leadership capacity, and collaboration.

  4. Flourish – Reassess and refine, creating a sustainable rhythm of growth and wellbeing across the organisation.

About the OHFB

The Organisational Human Factor Benchmark (OHFB) is the diagnostic foundation of the Flourish Framework.
Grounded in the Job Demands–Resources (JD-R) model, it provides a comprehensive picture of how employees experience work and how these experiences influence performance and wellbeing.

The OHFB measures:

  • Job Demands – The workload, mental and emotional pressure, and work–life balance employees experience. It distinguishes between healthy challenge and harmful overload.

  • Job Resources – Factors such as clarity, autonomy, support, fairness, and growth opportunities that drive motivation and resilience.

  • Energy and Engagement – Levels of vitality, commitment, and positive stress (the productive kind) alongside early signs of fatigue or disengagement.

  • Outcome States – The spectrum from thriving and high engagement to overcommitment or burnout, revealing not just risks but pockets of excellence.

Unlike traditional employee surveys, the OHFB pinpoints root causes, prioritises high-impact changes, and links results directly to performance outcomes.
It offers both a human and financial lens, allowing leaders to make informed, ethical, and cost-effective decisions about wellbeing and culture.
