Career & Professional Development Assessments (For Working Adults)
Many professionals reach a point where their current role no longer fits - whether due to burnout, misalignment with values, lack of growth, or simply a sense that there's something more. Career assessment and counselling can help you step back, gain perspective, and understand what truly drives you. Through a combination of psychological assessment and individual consultation, we explore your personality, values, interests, work preferences and abilities where relevant, alongside your career history, experience and future aspirations.
I integrate these different sources of information to help you understand where you are now, what may be contributing to your current career questions, and which directions may offer a stronger fit.
The assessment follows a four-step process, designed to build a comprehensive understanding of where you are now and provide clear, practical direction for what comes next.
Fee: R4,200 for the complete four-step assessment process

4. Feedback and Direction
A comprehensive feedback session to discuss the findings and translate them into practical career and development options.

University & Early Career Guidance
Career questions do not necessarily end once a field of study has been chosen. University students and those beginning their careers may find themselves questioning their degree, specialisation, or future direction.
At this stage, the process is tailored to the individual. Existing study and work experience provide valuable information, and selected assessments may be used to explore personality, interests, values, work preferences and abilities where relevant.
The assessment approach and fee are determined according to the individual's needs.
