WELCOME

I’m Cheryl Bondi,

A registered Industrial and Organisational Psychologist (HPCSA Reg. No. PS0163937).

My path to psychology was not a straight line. After more than a decade in management consulting at Accenture, where I partnered with clients such as Eskom, Afrox, and Goldfields, I stepped away to raise my family before returning to university to pursue my passion for people and workplaces.

I went on to complete my Honours and Master’s in Organisational Psychology at Wits. This blend of consulting experience, academic achievement, and lived life has shaped how I practice today: rigorous and measured, yet also dynamic, intuitive, and wholehearted.

What sets me apart is the combination of corporate consulting experience, academic excellence, and a human centered approach to psychology. I bring a balance of scientific rigour and authenticity that enables real, sustainable growth.

My Purpose

At the core of my work is a simple question:

“How can psychological insights unlock potential for people and organisations and create meaningful and lasting change?”

I am guided by integrity, working within the highest ethical standards and ensuring confidentiality at every step. My commitment is to help clients not only gain clarity but also take confident, meaningful steps forward.

Optimism, authenticity, and depth shape the way I practise, enabling me to support individuals and organisations through transition, growth, and development.

My approach is both evidence based and human centred. I use validated tools with curiosity, care, and determination, translating insights into actions that drive real progress.

The anchors of my work are Clarity. Growth. Wellbeing.

  • Clarity for Individuals

Helping people make confident study and career choices, navigate life transitions, and develop resilience and self knowledge.

The benefit is clarity and confidence that enable individuals to thrive in their studies, careers, and personal lives.

  • Growth for Teams

    Growth for Teams

Using assessment insights to help organisations recruit the right people, identify leadership potential, and support the growth of effective teams through meaningful feedback and development.

The benefit is confident hiring decisions, stronger collaboration, deeper leadership capacity, and teams that perform with purpose.

  • Wellbeing

    Wellbeing for Workplaces

Helping organisations understand their wellbeing strengths and gaps, while highlighting targeted initiatives that address risks and providing employees with counselling and opportunities to build resilience.

The benefit is targeted wellbeing programmes that foster healthier, more engaged employees, reduce absenteeism, improve retention, and deliver measurable gains to the bottom line.
