Organisational Health and Counselling
Workplace wellbeing has a direct impact on performance, retention, and costs. I use the Organisational Human Factor Benchmark (OHFB) to assess wellbeing strengths, gaps, and risks. This data-driven approach highlights both the human and financial costs of poor wellbeing and provides a clear foundation for targeted action.
My work combines these assessments with individual counselling support for employees and Appreciative Inquiry workshops for teams. This integrated approach addresses immediate wellbeing needs while also building organisational strengths, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that initiatives are practical and sustainable.
